Winter Wonderland

Like many natives of tropical countries, I love the snow with a passion. It brings back memories of my childhood when snow was a distant and mysterious fantasy, only to be found at distant foreign places where they had the luxury of having winters. So today, while Londoners were cursing the weather I ventured out to the big freeze convinced it would be fun. Well, it didn't disappoint despite of the wind, the cold and the slippery pavements. London is a beautiful city, but today it was absolutely gorgeous. And you have yet another picture of Green Park to prove my point. I even sat at that very bench for a few minutes to better appreciate the view.

A sad little tree.

A new year and a new blog. The idea is to post daily pictures of London using my mobile's camera. Of course this blog isn't concerned with perfection but enjoyment. I'm not a professional photographer and the camera isn't the best in the world, but I believe it can be fun. Hope you people agree and enjoy.
The sad christmas tree was dumped at Bethnal Green Road with Brick Lane, still wearing the decorations. A sad scene.
