We are already reaching the end of January(isn't it unbelievable?) and I can still see Christmas Trees dumped everywhere. Why does it take that long for the councils to collect then? And why should people simply dump their trees on the pavements and streets of London? The picture above was taken at Leather Lane, Holborn.
